The new side photograph shows two paired openings separated by a broad corrugated fixed panel. Corrugated wall sections also remain beside the outer hinges. The model now preserves these fixed sections when the four side leaves open.
Open the doors to see the separate side and end access. Door panels, locking rods, handles and seals move with each leaf; hinge mounting pads remain on the frame. Five horizontal pressings and locking rods near the meeting edges follow the side photograph. The opening pose is illustrative, not a clearance measurement.
The supplied HLF-40HSL batch certificate lists 12,192 mm length, 2,438 mm width and 2,896 mm height. These values are used for the model envelope and the metric/imperial labels. Internal and clear-opening dimensions still need the matching side-opening plan.
The certificate describes welded weathering steel (Corten A) and a plywood floor. The interior photograph guides the dark floor finish, panel seams, roof corrugations and fasteners. Finish appearance alone does not determine material grade or load capacity.
The documented batch lists 24,000 kg maximum gross mass, 3,960 kg tare, 20,040 kg payload and 74.3 m³ internal volume. The additional 40 HC general-arrangement sheet depicts a different end-opening design and lists different mass and volume values, so those figures are not merged into this product.
