How we use it

We use the information to evaluate product fit, sourcing, customization, logistics, and delivery requirements, then reply to you. The website does not take online payments.

Where inquiries are kept

Form submissions and attachments are saved in a private owner-only inquiry inbox associated with this website. Attachments are not placed in a public media library or displayed publicly.

Website measurement

We count public-page views, inquiry starts, contact-link clicks and saved inquiries to understand which pages and channels help customers. These are activity counts, not unique visitors. The counts use the Hawaii date, public page path, a channel category and a campaign label. We do not save IP addresses, visitor IDs or full referring URLs in these statistics. Automated traffic and repeated activity can still affect the totals.

Your browser may temporarily retain a source label and referring website domain in session storage to connect an inquiry with its source. We do not use tracking cookies for this measurement. Measurement is skipped when your browser sends Do Not Track. Inquiry source information may be saved privately with the inquiry.
